Our company is located in a beautiful city, Xiamen, Fujian Province of China, near Quanzhou City where is a big stone market and many stone factories there. As a fine natural harbor and mature physical infrastructure for foreign trade, Xiamen has become the biggest stone trade center in the world. You are welcomed to visit us and our factories.

Q: Do you supply Chinese Stone only?
No. Besides Chinese stone, we are offering a wide range of foreign stones, including granites, marbles, onyx, sandstone, travertine, limestone, etc., which originate from India, Iran, Brazil, Egypt, Turkey, Italy, Spain and other countries.

Q: Do you accept retail orders? What is the minimum quantity you require?
It depends on what you are buying. Normally our moq is 1*20GP,with mixed products available. But it doesn't mean we don’t accept retail order or LCL (less than a container load ).

Q: Where is your main sales market worldwide?
We are focusing on middle and high-end markets and our products are mainly sold to North America, Europe and Oceania. But we are also interested in developing markets, such as South America, South-east Asia and Africa.

Q: Can you produce some stone in my design?
Yes. We can make the stone according to your design on condition that the necessary information is provided, such as photos, drawings, applications, etc. Our designer. engineer and skilled workers will cooperate with each other to complete your design very well.

Q: How to send an inquiry?
When you are sending an inquiry, please give us your detailed requests, such as: material, sizes, surface finish, drawings, pictures, quantity, etc. Of course, if you like, we can introduce our standards or give you some suggestions.

Q: How to start our business with your company?

Q: Can you send us samples before ordering?
Yes , we are glad to offer the samples for checking before order . And normally our samples are free of charge . But as you know, we are receiving so many requirements for samples , so we will send samples based on freight collect . Hope you understand !

Q: Is it possible to keep the goods as same color as sample?
No, stone is a natural material with naturally occurring variations in color, tone, granularity, pattern, etc. Please understand the color tolerance and pattern change is allowed.

Q: How long can my order be shipped once my order is confirmed?
Usually it takes 10-25 days upon we receive the deposit or L/C, but depended on the order details and our production schedule at that time.

Q: Do you accept T/T only?
We accept T/T, L/C (at sight, 30days, 60days, 90days) and D/P according to different customers.

Q: How to ship the cargos from your country to my city?
We have some good shipping partners who will help us to transport the cargos from our country to your Inland port or Sea port or to your door. If you need to know the transport freight, please contact us for quotation.

Q: What is your port of loading?
Mainly Xiamen Port and also Guangzhou, Shanghai and Qingdao, etc.

Q: How much stone can you load into one 20'GP container?
At Xiamen port in China, the maximum gross weight for one 20' container is 27 tons. But how much stone you could load per 20' container depends on the weight limit on the roads or railway of your country. The density of marble is around 2600KGS per cubic meter, and granite is around 2700KGS per cubic meter except for black granite with a density of 3000KGS per cubic meter. Please note that there should be at least 1000KGS held for the weight of the wooden crates.
For USA, You can load most 36000Lbs (38000Lbs) in one 20GP to door, and most 46000Lbs(or above) if you unloading container at the port.The quantity per 20' container load is as follows:
For most of the European countries and Middle East, you can load about 26 MTs in 20'GP Container. The quantity per 20' container load is as follows:

Q: How do you guarantee the quality of my order?
1)For your order, we will select the qualified professional stone factory who is well-managed, well-equipped and has skilled workers with rich experience..
2) We have our own quality inspectors, who will follow your order from beginning till the end of whole production process, to ensure quality standards and on-time delivery. And before packaging, our QC will do a final inspection for the quality.
3) If you like, we always welcome you to come to our factory for inspecting the goods.
4) We will take the responsibility of quality. If there is any defect on products, we always try to find a solution for you. If necessary, we will compensate you the new acceptable products for replacement or pay back some money.

Q: What is your packing ?
The stone products will be packed with fumigated strong wooden crates and foam sheets inside. Customized packing is available.

Q: Are you sure the packages are strong enough for long distance transportation? If damages happen during transportation, what can you do?
Yes, we are sure that our packing is safe enough. And we will effect the insurance with "all risks" as per your requirement. In the case of damage happens, firstly you can refer to the insurance company to claim the damage. If the damage occurred due to the fault of packing, our company will take the responsibility.
